The Captain's Room
The Captain's Room, adjoining Atlas Oyster House, commands a gorgeous view of Pensacola Bay. The room is decorated with a nautical theme, and audiovisual art slowly displays transition vintage images of our area's rich maritime and cultural history. These displays can be customized to project family portraits or other imagery, adding a personalized touch to events such as wedding rehearsals, holiday parties, and family reunions. The Captain's Room can accommodate up to 63 people for a sit-down dinner and up to 100 people for a stand-up reception.

Specialty Displays. Cocktail Parties.
If you're interested in a less formal and more interactive event, an hors d'oeuvres and cocktail reception may be for you. This type of event focuses on hors d'oeuvres, either all stationary or a combination of butlered and stationary. Instead of having a seated meal, guests stand and mingle with small tapas-laden plates while enjoying cocktails and wine.
     
Chef's Tasting Menu
Let Chef John Huggins help you design a special menu of the most exciting and seasonal dishes we have to offer. This will be an evening to remember as you and your guests are treated to a procession (5-12 courses) of small tastes. We have access to the finest meats, seafood, and farm-fresh produce to make sure that your menu uniquely suits the occasion.
